1. Legal Age of Majority
By accessing the Thirstify eCommerce platform or mobile app, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase alcohol and other age-restricted beverages in your country, state, or territory of residence.

In most regions, this age is 18 or 21 years. It is your responsibility to know and adhere to the local laws where you reside.

2. Account Registration & Verification

• Accurate Information: You must provide your real date of birth during account creation. Providing false information to bypass age restrictions is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in the immediate suspension of your account.
• Right to Refuse: Thirstify (Buzz & Bubbles Drinks Company Ltd) reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders if we suspect that a user is misrepresenting their age or is not of legal purchasing age.

3. Placing an Order
When you place an order for products that are age-restricted (e.g., alcohol), you are not only representing that you are of legal age, but also that the recipient of the delivery (if different) is also of legal age.

4. Delivery Age Verification Policy
No ID, No Delivery.
To ensure compliance with the law and to promote responsible drinking, we operate a strict “Challenge 21/25” policy (depending on your region). This means:

• Upon delivery, our delivery partner is required to ask for identification from the person receiving the order.
• We accept the following forms of valid, government-issued photo identification:
  • Passport
  • Driver’s License
  • National Identity Card
• If the recipient appears under the age of 25 (or looks under 21, depending on local rules), they will be asked to prove their age.
• If the recipient cannot provide valid ID, or if the ID shows they are under the legal purchase age, the delivery will be refused. The product will be retained by the delivery driver, and you will still be liable for the cost of the order (including delivery fees) as the service was completed to the best of our ability.

5. Intoxication
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any person who appears to be intoxicated. We support the responsible enjoyment of our products and will not participate in the service of alcohol to individuals who are already visibly under the influence.

6. Parental Guidance & Supervision
The Thirstify Platform is a commercial eCommerce site for the purchase of beverages. While we have a vibrant and fun brand, our Platform is not intended for children.
